should be 1, as opposed to `H.degree(1)`, which should be 2.
What I am saying is that from the command there is no way if by
`H.degree(Set([1]))` the user means "give me the degree of the point
Set([1])" or "give me the degree of the set that only contain the point
1".
This is why I need this "set=" parameter to make the difference.
