 This looks good to me now.

 Regarding John's comments about IntegerVectors: as far as I can see
 IntegerVectors does not use IntegerListsLex. Hence someone should
 implement a stopgap for that class separately or fix up the code!! I agree
 that it is in bad shape. Nathann might know more since he has contributed
 to that file. I suggest to open a new ticket regarding IntegerVectors.
