`max_sum`) should be moved towards the end of the argument list.
I'd be rather surprised if this was used anywhere (it was not in the Sage
sources), especially since the documentation never mentionned this
possibility. And it's neat to have all arguments be grouped by theme. But
ok, better be safe than sorry. Done.
