Patchbot got stuck after 5 tickets

[2015-09-23 20:18:06] #18411 raises an exception: [Errno 32] Broken pipe

(the Broken pipe is because of my Ctrl-C). It seems that the patchbot was
doing nothing. Its last line of output was

.../doc/output/html/ca/intro
}}}
My `dochtml.log` is 14M and `install.log` is 39M.
