Thanks Alex! Your patch looks good, thanks for that attention to detail.
I screwed up my initial trac_7109_mh2.patch by not including the reference
manual changes, then overwrote it with a patch that did have them. I
think you must have downloaded the first one in the small window of time
it was up. Sorry about that! I deleted polytope.py from the reference
manual since the optional polymake package is broken, and even if it did
work the interface is totally inferior to what is in polyhedra.py - and of
course I added polyhedra.py to the reference manual. I have tested the
reference manual build with those changes.
