OK, it was a really tiny rebase, but so annoying nevertheless.
I've put up a combined patch that has everything in it.
No changes were really needed, since the piece that #7535 had modified
simply didn't exist any more. So I'm tempted to set this to positive
review again, but maybe Minh can check that it indeed applies for him.
