 For future reference, in case of an a new cddlib version ever coming out:
 patches/cdd_both_reps-make.patch only modifies the Makefile.am's. So this
 patch is only necessary if you plan on running the autotools machinery to
 regenerate the actual configure and makefiles. Building the spkg uses the
 bundled configure/makefiles. Hence applying the patch is, strictly
 speaking, not necessary in spkg-install. Having said that, I'm happy with
 cddlib-094f-p2.spkg.

 I also like AlexGhitza's patch. My i7 desktop is more than twice as fast,
 but the 600 cell 4d polyhedron still takes a lot of time. Its just
 inherently complicated, and I think we can live without doctesting it. The
 other long tests didn't cover anything that wasn't covered already.

 So I give it a green light as well, and I'm happy to share the blame with
 you guys :-)
