OK, the new spkg at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/ghitza/cddlib-094f.p2.spkg
gets rid of dist/ and cleans up SPKG.txt.
Marshall and Volker, I have put the two of you down as spkg maintainers,
but you should feel free to un-volunteer yourselves (on the other hand,
cddlib releases very rarely so it's probably not a high volume job).
