Yes, I've seen endless messages about being unable to delete the current
directory. This is another instance where one would need to be very
careful in changing things. Fixing the bug might actually introduce a bug.
Adding a -f just hides the problem. I don't really know the answer to
this.
I see this on both Solaris and HP-UX - can't recall if that warning is
printed on Linux or not.
