Thanks for the patches. I will probably introduce these in sage-on-gentoo
in short order. About networkx, you realize that sage-4.5.3 will use
networkx-1.2?
see ticket #9567
So have you tried to see if networkx-1.2 needs patching (my guess is no,
otherwise
I would know by now from gentoo).
