May be wait until numpy-1.5.1. it is not a big deal right now I guess.
May be we should discuss it on sage-devel. At the moment we don't really
have much testing apart from the fact I unleashed the upgrade to
numpy-1.4.1/scipy-0.8
on sage-on-gentoo users. I am not sure we can believably merge this in
4.5.3 unless
it takes more than one week before it is released. If we target 4.5.3 I
say we stay with what we have now, if we target 4.6 which should be a
little further down the track we go for 1.5.x.
