it requires the Nose package. Maybe this should be a separate ticket, but
it would seem reasonable to include Nose, which is about 250 KB, so that
we can run the numpy tests. I am curious as to how we run the scipy tests
without it!
Actually Dave has started a thread about this a few weeks ago on the
mailing list,
you are welcome to add your opinion and revive the thread.
