 as mentioned above: The version of numpy-1.5.0 with the patch applied is
 ok. The only trouble I have are some doctests, which fails because numpy
 throws a "Division by zero encountered!" Exception, which makes them fail,
 although the results are correct. But I still don't know how to catch the
 exceptions.
