Unexpected indeed. Thanks for checking all these corner cases that I
neglected (though some of the earlier ones were bugs I should have found
if I'd tested sufficiently).
In this case I'm not quite sure what the right output is: an empty list or
a ZeroDivisionError? I've gone for the empty list, on the theory that
`b.nth_root(e)` should return a list of all elements `a` with a^e^=b, and
this makes sense even if `e=0`.
