4.6.alpha3 (see #9901), it's conceivable that the functions/hyperbolic.py
piece of that will have to be rebased.
Normally it should do. If you want save some time, write something in the
numpy.pxd delete it again and save the file, so that the timestamp gets
refreshed. After that sage -b should also do the trick.
