IIRC, the old Scipy would not build at all once Numpy had been upgraded.
I originally thought it was a bit silly to create a ticket which upgraded
two packages, but then I came to the conclusion one could not be done
without the other. Perhaps I was mistaken.
So the short answer is no I do not see what you got, but I was unable to
build the old SciPy.
I will start another fresh build. I'll report in an hour or so.
