the numpy.pxd delete it again and save the file, so that the timestamp
gets refreshed. After that sage -b should also do the trick.
I think that just the command
{{{
touch .../numpy.pxd
}}}
should work, as leif pointed out. Maybe this isn't a universal command?
Anyway, it did the trick on my computer - MUCH less time to build ~12
files than all the Cython files! It's still doing this, so I won't have a
chance to test yet, but I hope I won't get the failures drkirkby gets.
