 I've just checked, and see someone (I think Francois) made some changes to
 how Fortran is handled in Numpy. He has exported FC, but not F77, F90 or
 F95. I think that's having a knock-on effect on anything that depends on
 Numpy, such as !Scipy and scipy-sandbox.

 I'll change the Numpy package so it exports FC, F77, F90 & F95. I suspect
 that will fix the problem.

 The doctest failures I got before, can easily be explained by this Fortran
 mix-up.
