I made a mistake. Lapack is building ok, but once ATLAS built, it would
have copied the lapack from my global ATLAS install. Hence this was not a
correct build. I thought it was a bit quick, as a full build with ATLAS
takes 2-3 hours, where this built in 20 minutes or so.
I'm rebuilding now.
