Comment:

 I am not convinced that the licence issue is resolved.

  * cvxopt is a '''standard''' package in Sage (if that would matter).
  * {{{SPKG.txt}}} claims the licence to be "multiple licenses: GPLv2,
 GPLv3, GNU Lesser General Public License, v2.1" when in fact it is simply
 GPLv3+.  It is true that ''parts'' of cvxopt have different licences, but
 the package as a whole is GPLv3+.  In any case, this has to be changed in
 {{{SPKG.txt}}}

 I posted to sage-devel about this.
