I wish I understood the logic of this, but it appears that
{{{
sage-env
sage-make_relative
sage-spkg
}}}
in {{{$SAGE_ROOT/spkg/base}}} are in {{{.hgignore}}}. I'm adding a patch
which adds {{{sage-check-64}}} to {{{$SAGE_ROOT/spkg/base/.hgignore}}}.
After that is added, the files
{{{
sage-env
sage-make_relative
sage-spkg
sage-check-64
}}}
should all be copied to {{{$SAGE_ROOT/spkg/base}}}
At least that is my understanding of what's needed.
