Well, at least changing ZZ to QQ in rings.arith.lcm would be
straightforward.
It could be that it is not straight forward. If my analysis of the
segfault occuring with a previous version of my patch is correct, changing
`ZZ` to `QQ` could very well trigger the segfault again.
