Changing the extension on the .jmol file to .spt fixes the problem. There
is a specialized compressed file format that Jmol uses that is called a
.jmol file. We should consider putting everything in one of these, but
I've been avoiding the effort while trying to get the interface to where
people want it. We should probably just change the file extension. Any
objections?
