 The only conceivable objection I have is backwards compatibility, which I
 assume would only be the situation that if someone for some reason saved
 such a jmol file.  Otherwise as long as the functionality is precisely the
 same, I guess no problem.  This is great news.

 I still don't understand why it broke, though...
