 Yeah, we'd have to make a new spkg for that in any case.  We aren't
 interested in tracking them.  It surprises me that it doesn't include the
 binary files; we have other patches that do that.  I know nothing about
 relative merits of repository systems, though, so I can't comment on that.

 I wonder if my default Sage somehow is using the new Jmol in the Sage
 installation I'm using to work on this?  Very odd.  Anyway, I understand
 that need for that fix for sure.  Thanks for keeping such careful track of
 which Jmol versions we can rely upon.  I hope we can get this sorted out
 in a week or two total; it would be really nice to finally have this
 finished, so that one could work on lower-level stuff which is perhaps
 actually easier to account for.
