 I actually have no idea on how to build the doc. Which is why I didn't add
 support for SAGE_SPKG_INSTALL_DOCS.

 After testing I can confirm the issue with matrix_double_dense.pyx.
 numerical/test.py pass without problems as expected. So what needs to be
 done:
  * add support for installing the docs
  * patch matrix_double_dense.pyx
