Work_issues: pop-out windows not working when too many applets open |

I'm inclined to just remove the pop-up window initially.  I can keep
working on it, but here are the issues:

  * I haven't been able to get anything working reliably in FF 3.X (and
4.0) on MacOS if the user is logged in.  I only get reliable applets that
load if the worksheets are published.  I did a little sniffing around and
found that the twisted server appends html header information to the
script files with MacOS FF when the user is logged in.  I would need to do
more investigating to provide a detailed bug report.  You can reproduce
this by going to the example ([http://141.233.197.45:8888/home/pub/0 3-D
Jmol examples]) and logging into the Test account (password: testing). I
don't think this is the cause of the pop-up problem.
  * The pop-up symptoms imply a JavaVM memory problem.  If you shrink the
popup window down you will eventually get to a size where the image will
display.  Unfortunately, different systems have different amounts of
memory for the JavaVM, so it is very hard to predict how things will
work.  I may be able to plug into the applet available memory information,
but that will be somewhat involved, so not a rapid fix.
  * In short the server needs to be fixed before I can chase FF on MacOS
problems.  I can address problems for FF on linux and windows, Webkit
browsers (Safari) on MacOS, linux and windows.
