This really bothers me. It is very inconsistent. I did find a MacOS
machine running FF3.3. It sort of works. Shows the same problem with the
resizing applet, but will load most of a multiapplet notebook page when
logged in.
If I can get the browser check working properly I will hide the pull-down
menu only for the MacOS FF combination, since I don't think we've seen
problems with it in any other cases.
I'll try to do some checking on some of our IE equipped machines tomorrow.
