to illustrate. a week before the so called "accident" one night they burnt some materials at the estate. 2 things happened that night. 1) some of it blew up in the face of some of who were trying to light it up including a saligao boy Gilbern dsouza. gustav's son who stays next to albens/brittos and my house in nigvaddo. the explosion partially burnt his face. the rest of the stuff when it did burn cased an arid stench to travel through almsot half of salgao where the winds led. in our ward. we got a horrid chemical stench and some of the people had a naging troth and a bad cold the next day... facts are facts... stay here in saligao to know the problems we are facing...
