Hi Austy

woah woah.. hold ur horses there bud. u seem to have taken this a little
to personally... bear in mind as i have stated before and so aptly put
by Yvonnie that I do not want to blame or point fingers.. i want to find
a way out of this problem. i requst you to pls read my responces below

can't the commuidade take action against him also for something? after
all he is only taken an NOC for his small parcel of land NOT the
ajoining ones

i was under the imprssion that it WAS for a permant structure so as to
enable them to take an electrical connection. we can clafify this by
gogin thru the recods on wednesday shall we? i remeber this being
discussed for a meet.

isnt that their lookout reallly?? we shd not be allowing any
illegalities to take palce under the guise of "explanations" like that
even ppl have an "explanation for field filling saying they need a palce
to park!!!!. its not a question of satisfinf ppls needs. its a question
of whats legal and right and what is not.

Yes.. and if u read my earlier mail, it was also agreed that a footpath
was to be made.. so where is the footpath idea gone than? shelved?

how can u just let it pass? a little out of context but shouldnt u still
be in a position to demand compensation form the govt? lets be a little
pro-active here.

out of topic but nevertheless sad but true... i was goign to bring up
this issue for next communidade meeting. you cannot just sit back and
say let it be... as the attorney i think it IS your duty to demand
compensation. and maybee we can do some serivice by planting more tress
on the remaining part????

ur not quoting the entire sentence.. the rd widening shd be left
untouched *ONLY in areas within the village esp where it would involve
brekaing of walls and compound walls. Look at the DRP austy. BOTH the
MDR's have a width of 10 meters.. the rd WAS provisions for broadning.

> *5. Interest of the village should take priority I agree, but /PLEASE

And we ahve the right to correct these bodies when we feel we ahve
erred.. how can u say that i am making decisions? when i fel strongly
about something i'm putting forward my suggestion and complaint and IF
and ONLY IF it is found to be valid OR illegal OR wrongly planned, than
the authoroties will atke proper action on it.

what YOU are trying to tell me is that i am making a deciosin and acting
on it??? no sir.. what i am doing is ONLY making my voice heard.. is it
a crime to do so????

I Did ask you.. i claled you up on sunday from the consumer cell meeting
since this issue had raised it head there as well. you agve me the
answers which i posted on the list in a mail prior to this one

Please understand once again austy.. i'm not against you or the
communidade.. i am against faulty planning.. why do u think i came on
board with the DRP2021??? NOT everyhting has to be seeen only in the
eyes of bussiness.
in solidarity

regards
Ashley
