Just for the record we only give an N.O.C and the final permission with the location (wanted by the Kiosk owner and agreed by us) is given by the Village Panchayat after deliberation of the same at the V.P. meeting of all members. The panchayat can refuse to give permission if they decide otherwise..! The communidade cannot overrule them. Before I forget and since you asked the footpath was to be put in the area where the present road widening has taken place on both side. The area where the Kiosk are placed is the area in line with the trees (part of the old Bandh).
