I really apreciate comments made by Frederick.   We should have more people 
like him in Saligao to expose the 
the so called public servants (govt.staff).   No one is concerned about the 
wellfare of goans.  

 

Thank you for appraising us the actual situation in Goa  In fact I was trying 
despateratly to call to my people in saligao last week,and I was unable to get 
in touch with them.
