BSNL has for the last 2 years been promoting the construction of a tower
bang in the middle of saligao right near the panchayet, but residents
seem to be oposing it time and time again - most redently just amonth
back in the gram sabdha when the issue came up again. even though i
produced articles on wikipedia etc to show that there was no danger,
resedents STILL opposed it...
sigh.......
our woes continue
