Dear Saligaonkars
I have heard in many places people's objection to mobile towers. In some
villages it was even opposed at the gram sabha meeting. Take for example the
village of saligao. If they try to build a mobile tower I am sure it will cause
radiation and many people will gather at a meeting an speak opposition to the
tower and see that it is not done. Do you know how many people in saligao have
mobiles ? I am sure at least two thousand min people have mobiles and I have
seen young school girls and boys use mobiles so the number may be at least five
thousand and then what about the radiation ? what about the effects when you
hold the mobile to your ears for hours together ? albert
