I can't reproduce this, using with the Win32 EXE installer version (as I'm guessing you're using that one for the file associations?).
Aha- PEBCAK.
I got the zip and unpacked it into the existing directory - now that I have got the EXE instead that seems to have done the trick - sorry, my bad :->
