| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Working on an application that monitors daily actions and activities taken by the customer.
- The application will keep track of important tasks and movement throughout the day through sensors.
- The developer will be transferring proprietary code to Java, working on the analytics engine for the application. Candidate will be coding for that engine.
Required Skills:
- 5+ Years Development experience in Java / NoSQL related technologies
- Data Analytics background -
- Enterprise Software Applications
Must have:
1) Minimum 5 years of development experience and skills in Java
2) Solid design and development experience in building scalable production-grade enterprise software/applications
3) Analytics development in Java, Python.
4) No SQL and related technologies (e.g. MongoDB, Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce etc.)
Nice to have:
5) Mathematical reasoning to implement statistical models/algorithms
6) Machine learning libraries (Apache mahout, WEKA, SCALA etc.)
7) Statistical modeling and simulation tools
8) Grouping data together and experience with visual data representation |
