Project Information:
Building shared Webservices around member/ drug domain, presenting it as consumption from website. Some data integration work as well.
Technologies and Tools:
• Java/J2ee 1.7
• Frameworks: Spring
• Web Services: Restful and SOAP Webservices
• JDBC: SQL
• ORM: Hibernate
• DB: SQL/Oracle
• App Server: Websphere
• Deployment: Maven
• Testing: Junit/Mockito - Have QA team, but it would be expected knowledge.
• ETL/Scripting: Separate ETL team
Development Methodology:
Currently not following a strict methodology. Adapt based on client needs.
Team Dynamics:
Interacting with Developers, Architect, Data Architects, Team Lead.
Skills Needed:
• (6-7 Years) Java/J2EE web development experience
• (3-5 years) of Webservices Development with SOAP and Rest experience.
• Experience working with Apache CXF.
• Primarily middle-tier and back-end work.
• Mid-level SQL skills – be able to create a good query
• Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and work without supervision.
Special Notes:
• Strong understanding with development principles.
• Ability to interact with Architects, Data Architects
• New Development work primarily
