| Duties & Responsibilites : | Accountabilities:
- Work in a dynamic Agile (Extreme Programming) team environment
- Produce high quality code, on time and on target
- Research and understand product requirements to ensure success
- Engineer software through its complete life-cycle
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software design and development in Java, J2EE
- Strong core Java skills with ability to work on backend or middle tier development
- Demonstrated experience with writing complex, high-performing SQL
- Experience working with web application frameworks
- Strong object-oriented analysis programming skills
- Demonstrated experience and advocate for test-driven development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, energy and passion for software development, outgoing personality, ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, HTTPUnit, Selenium, etc.
- Experience working with Web Services, EJB, JSP, HTML5, _javascript_, and SQL Server
Desirable but not required
- Experience working with Lucene or Elastic Search
- Experience working with Maven and Jenkins
