Hi Sam, Most operators use master ticks for perfect precision. For example, see how the duration is handled for synthesized sources such as sine. My commit just sticks to that style, with the same goal of getting good precision (perfect concerning cue_in, imperfect for cue_out at the moment because we never cut the part of the frame that has been produced already). I don't think overflows will be an issue here, but if they are, then we have to worry about more than this operator and do something radical like switching ticks to Int64.
