Comment:
(In [7366]) Straighten vorbis quality setting (fix #362): we accept
quality between -0.2
and 1, which is the union of the ranges accepted by the aotuv and xiph
implementation. We chose to use floating point quality rather than
integers
(from -10 or -20 to 10) because the mapping from integer to floats is not
specified and different mappings seem to be intended for aotuv and xiph.
Also fix the default value which was absurd, use 0.3 which is the official
xiph (vorbis?) default. Thanks to Romain who did all the non-coding work
here.
