 Hmm, the aotuv enhanced libvorbis does support -2 qualities:
 http://www.geocities.jp/aoyoume/aotuv/

 This version of libvorbis is commonly used and is recommended by Hydrogen
 Audio.

 In this version of liquidsoap a quality of 0 seems to be 64kbps, which is
 much too high for the lowest value. I know that liquidsoap 0.9.2 supported
 low bitrates of -2 and -1. Would it be possible to change this so that the
 quality is simply a value that gets passed to libvorbis? That would seem
 to be more logical for those of us used to using oggenc.
