Update: I commented out the crossfades: it makes no difference.
It consistently plays 16 seconds, pauses, resumes after 7 seconds, then it repeats the process. It will do it part way through each track (consistently after 16 seconds have played.) I've tried adjusting all parameters in icecast.xml - the behavior remains the same, not influenced by the changes. Help??
