Hi Andre, That's an interesting and annoying problem. Right now I can't tell what's happening. I need more information:
(1) Is there anything "funny" in liquidsoap logs, about reconnection, "must catchup X seconds"? Liquidsoap gets late if it lacks CPU or the network lags, but it tells you about it. (2) In your experiment with two different internet connections, what do you do exactly? Do you change the location of the liquidsoap client, the icecast server, both? If the problem also occurs with liquidsoap and icecast on the same host, that would say a lot... (3) When you listen to the stream, does it sound okay, not double speed?
