I have fed frozen grapes to my shepherds for years never had any problems. I feed them to my Jack and no issues there either. They are a treasured treat while we go hiking, fluid and sugar boosts around. Perhaps it is like other allergies/sensitivities some dogs or breeds are afflicted others are not.
