I'm not sure what you mean. Similar behaviour between the apps I use makes
me not having to think about how to achieve something, and I can concentrate
on my work. I know how to close and open tabs. I am just requesting a more
customizable way.

If you like CTRL+N, fine, I'm not flaming you for that.
