This is a valid question regarding distros, nevertheless I don't think it applies to 
us.
Are we to exclude people who choose to run CDE.
Or do we call it the troll tech/artistic licence/XFree/etc... 
Many important tools aren't GNU. 

Let's agree we all use (or are interested in) the linux kernel, and that's enough.

Maybe there is place for a Scottish GNU software users group.
