I would have to agree with Kevin on the no titles thing. Patrick is
clearly our leader, but beyond that we all contribute as much as we
can I think. That being said, with Patrick's looming departure for a
bit, I think having someone take care of sending out the emails and
arranging things so to speak would be a good idea. I think Nick would
do a solid job if he's got the time, if not, I'd be happy to help as
well.
As for talks for next month, if Rob is taking Capistrano, I can take
RubyCocoa. There's 2 already and a pretty good meeting so far.
Cheers,
Dominic

I formally agree.
If enough people feel that presentations needs to be its own
conversation, perhaps another mailing list. But even that seems
like overkill, this list isn't that busy.

Not really my decision anymore, but I'd advise against any sort of
formal positions. We were founded as a bunch of people trying to do
interesting thing in an open dialog. Titles start to move away from
that.
Do what you think will help, but formalism isn't essential.

"Committee" sounds complicated... I think Nick had something pretty
informal in mind. Just a quick, hour-ish meetup over coffee.
We're phasing out the wiki, but we should roll the list of proposed
talks into the new sdruby app.
