Agreed, I think informal is best. It would be good to have a page to post
your name and your topic you intent to present during the meeting would work
great.

The topics on the potential topics wiki page are great. Especially the ones
detailing moving your app to production (Capistrano and Server Set Up). It
looks like this page has been pretty much abandoned since the new layout was
implemented. I can't find any way to get to it from the
http://www.sdruby.com homepage.

Could we combine potential/requested topics page and a presentation sign up
page all into one page? That way throughout the month people could see the
potential/requested topics and sign up to give that presentation and remove
it from the requested list. This would give us a better time estimate of how
long the meeting would last as well.
