I also propose that though Patrick is doing an excellent job, it might make since to have a sort of VP position who can take some of the load when he gets busy (or goes on vacation, etc)
I'm thinking it could make sense to have some sort of planning committee that meets once earlier in the month. Say, a couple days after the first-Thursday meeting.
