I'd be happy to give my talk about importing and exporting large data sets. It went over pretty well at RailsConf.
Also, I have two suggestions for getting our schedule together more efficiently: We should be gathering next months program commitments the days before this months. A great goal would be to put next months talk schedule out the day after this months talks. In honor of this idea I'll put a stake in the sand that I will speak on Capistrano next month (if we have a meeting, since next month would be July 5th, though we could do it the 12th instead). I also propose that though Patrick is doing an excellent job, it might make since to have a sort of VP position who can take some of the load when he gets busy (or goes on vacation, etc) I feel like there is more than enough to talk about, and there is still stuff on the old presentation ideas page [http://wiki.sdruby.com/sdruby/show/Presentation+Ideas] that no one has touched on yet.
